About Us

Knoxville Flight Training Center, Inc is located at Knoxville-Downtown Island Home Airport just upstream of downtown Knoxville on the Tennessee River. Island Home is the perfect airport to learn to fly. With a 3,500 foot runway and non-precision instrument approaches, Island Home Airport offers students the chance to learn in a way that will help pilots be comfortable flying into non-towered airports.
