Certified Flight Instructor

Teaching someone to fly an airplane can be a very rewarding experience for both the instructor and for the individual you are instructing. It can make you more proficient as a pilot and can develop new friendships that can last forever. Knoxville Training Flight Center, Inc. currently offers two flight instructor courses:

Certified Flight Instructor Airplane Single-Engine
This course prepares you to teach the Sport, Recreational, Private, Commercial, and Certified Flight Instructor Courses. You will be challenged with the fundamentals of instructing and lesson plans in single-engine airplanes.

Certified Flight Instructor Instrument
This course prepares you to teach the Instrument Pilot Course. You will be challenged with the fundamentals of instrument flying, navigation, and the air traffic control system.
